I have a gigantic stockpile of enchantment catalysts for my nation that people give to me as a big, public facing enchanter; but that stockpile is, was, and will continue to be meant for the nation at large. Right now, if a levelling enchanter needs them, they have to go through me. If other people want to snag materials or catalysts, it's through me.
Something of a "guild chest" that tracks donations and withdrawals would be absolutely ideal, imo.
