Personally I want impure element completely nerfed or removed from the game.
And this would probably be an overall nerf, as it lets more mages counteract the effect.
But it'd also be a buff, for some things. like dark mages who also get boosted elemental attack from blotch.
I'm for this.
If we can't just axe it from the game T_T
