I do not understand why this was never commented upon, it does make a good point all around.

Maybe make some decent LE traits that only happen once you LE once or level 60, like a "Legend" Trait because let's face it you're a legend if you're level 60, something that changes up your racial or class or maybe weapon group or perhaps buffs you just out right with some cool ideas.
