Something that'd be better would be giving the ally 'Emergency Evasion', and have a 5 round CD. The thing that forces a Glancing Blow.
That alone would make support Oracle be really cool for those situations where they foresee something an ally could avoid.
Obviously enough, that shouldn't work on themselves.
