100,000% It should ignore armor when its such a low value to begin with.
I also think it should be full level, yeah, at the very least. Grapple has a 1 turn cd now and all.

Not sure I agree with the added strength thing though. Then it literally is just painful grip if you crit. And grapples are already quite nice when they land. It'd still be worse by way of requiring crits to be as strong. . .So it wouldn't break the game. I wouldn't really go against it if people wanted it to happen. I just don't think I admire the idea personally.
Though frankly i'd rather they give the kraboid dance things instead, and just turn Chimera into a kind of blue mage. But that's neither here nor there!
