Blazing Sol will force Holy Aura to trigger in 2.89 v3, even if it's already active.
Note however that Swift Guard still only applies until your next turn. If you gain it via Holy Aura triggered by Blazing Sol, it will be gone when you begin your next turn and you won't be able to regain it the same round.
