I dunno if I wanna live in the world where we need another checkbox for a competitive build. "Oh yeah this build is nice but I don't have heal reduction so I hope I dont fight healers" please no...

I mean, you sort of can argue this is already the case. "Can I outdamage or disable a healer" is a very much existing checkbox, as far as I'm aware, that hypothetical would just bring more options to check that box
