Undeniable Innovator requires 80 base.
Which if you invest 76 (while having 4 base) you get 80. But if you invest 80 (and have 4 base), you have 84 (with it destroying the other 4 that you invested making you at 80).
This exact same thing happens with Luminary.
The only use case for this occurring is Install.
