Just cause something is too strong doesn't mean it needs a massive nerf. It only needs a moderate nerf. Don't forget that it only has 85% chance to work at all, reduced to 70% against evade builds.

I think a small nerf to shaitan painful grip would be enough. I would rather see other races being buffed than strong races getting gutted
