There's a few issues that we have with your request.

Permanent shapeshifting is not something that is possible within the confines of the lore, this can however be potentially remedied by requesting physical changes that are a consequence to constant shapeshifting, this however brings us to another issue.

The team isn't really willing to allow stuff like bird wings on a race that isn't well.. a bird..

We can however allow talons to replace nails (as long as this isn't a full foot replacement), and scaled limbs as a 'consequence' to reckless/constant shapeshifting.

Illusory resistance and Enhanced reflexes are fine too, those don't really require an application I M O.
