Ramping up the glowing would be kind of pointless because as it stands it can't really hit evade users so it couldn't apply the glowing anyway. It should be able to apply it outside of its attack for it to be any good

Fair enough. I figured the balance would be the rng of landing the first hit so evades dont feel useless.
