Need dat healing, critical, and evade overhaul...

Yea i think it was Autumn who suggested turning 40% of a heal into regen over 3 turns.
With the exception being for long cd heals. Like malm would stay full healing, but graft would be over time partially.
I think thats a pretty good idea.
