Windswept should be un-nerfed. Elementalist too, it has lower base evade. So many attacks evade ignore or just have great accuracy now that I really don't think its a problem. (I also never really thought it was a problem.)

There should be more ways for every class to play evasively, and equipment is the way to make that happen.

I agree on build freedom! So much homogeny now!
