I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, or if it something doable if in a party with others who can read such but I was able to interact with the tablet in the deeper abyss cave and while I don't have the tablet reading skill and got the initial prompt for it from Nemalyth about going to the terminal, i was still informed I unlocked the recipes for the new spell cards that were added for it requiring the abyss shards.
