[v2.96d] Hearing through damage

Hearing injuries were changed a few updates ago yeah, they should no longer cause muffling, keyword should.
Just to make this bug report valid still, I noticed very recently that when monsters aggro onto you, the "GRRRGH!?" they say can be muffled by an ear injury.
