Crops will now be watered if they're in an area where it's raining.

Alchemy plants; I'd like to do this in the near future, not necessarily this update, but soon.
Reverse tilling; I suppose so. What functionality would make sense? Using a farm hoe on an empty patch of soil?
Watering can; This is a possibility in the future as well.
