1) Flank will give bonus damage on hit and not give bonus damage on hit to weapons that used to be guns, even if they're mutated. This is intentional and more for balance purposes.

2) Covering Fire and Parting Shot should work now (Parting Shot defaults to 1 shot and does not get any bonuses from SKI/Arcane Gun).

3) Dynamic Shooting now grants its bonus properly (as does Marksmanship).

4) Shell effects should now properly be applied on hit.

5) Focused Mind now grants its hit bonus properly.

6) The Drive skills should now properly proc on a critical hit.

7) Volley Formation only affects ranged attacks, which mutated weapons don't have (unless they had one already).
