I would personaly like to see a whole new system for some dungeons. Larger scale battles, involving FP and HP management in just a single fight. Perhaps even some sort of a corridor layout, offering a wide range of enemies (And limitting whole field spells/revamping for these specific dungeons or something.) I'd see this very fitting to castle theme. We already have spacey dungeons and I think they are not used to their full potential. Althrough I can see it being troublesome with the monster AI just choosing the closest path to you.
