Confirming that is not what happened; the initial duration was something like 13-14. It was 2 by the time I took that screenshot.
For the record, it was a level 60 black door, so the boss was quite high, yes. But Lv/5 wouldn't have gotten up to 171 within 10 or so turns. Maybe the duration refresh was being added to level instead of duration?
