This class idea doesn't seem bad at all in my opinion. Although I'm questioning if Ballet Counter's duration should really be 1 round, since that means a character going last would probably not benefit from it in the slightest in most situations.

(And if the duration was changed, then the momentum cost should probably be 2M.)

Anyway, thumbs up from me. It's something I would likely have fun with.
