I ask since I've just looked through the entire database, and have seen no less than three images of characters already personally used by myself, and at least two I've seen others use, but all were tagged as unused. Just thought it'd be nice to clear up any confusion.

To change tags, you have to sign up for a booru account. (Which doesn't require an email, thankfully)
Again, there's always just commenting about it on the image if you're too lazy to even sign up.

To sign up, just hit the "my account" button in the corner on the results page. Should give you the option!
