I think considering that Anko has been around for a long time to my knowledge, this would be fine to approve of.

Normally I'd say spell creation wouldn't be feasible without a long term investment into studying and making it but I think considering the spell itself is a concentrated and harder to remove version of Aposemagicka, it probably wouldn't take nearly as long to come up with and would be fine for an already illusion focused Papilion to accomplish.

Just to be fair, I'll say to dispel this kind of illusion invocation, you'd probably need either a focused dispel or on the earth side of things, an Isesipian invocation spell.
