The confirmation is in, and I was wrong. So what happened was that I had Galren active with elemental augment, so I was riposting once and sending earth damage with it. But both got PARRIED, making me think I was just striking twice with my riposte. So fist basics do NOT trigger riposte twice.
Bonus damage getting parried is a weird thing to me though, I will say.
