Or can we just have youkai level up with the user, cut the grind entirely and set up dedicated balanced stats to the youkai to allow them to perform not over perform.

Never have to say "Hey wait let me summon 18 youkai for this fight to level them all up"

Like I said previously in my post, that would cut down the whole 'increasing bonds mechanic' from Summoner. We already got the desired change, no need to cut down the grind as well.

I'm a tad sad that now Summoner can be omniclassed by those 1000 years old Vampire Edgelords, but at the same time happy because we're able to use it more frequently to hunt for any hidden bugs or whatever.
