The fist-daggers do not actually give you any dagger perks sans being able to use Fray and the other offensive dagger move that VA have, no crit buff. No Backstab bonus. Nada. I'm not surprised this doesn't work for them either.

Cobalt isn't a mutation. It also may have stopped working with Deadly Arms, which I thought it was intended to do.

Doesn't seem to be working with anything dagger related besides Fray/Cutthroat.

Not sure about the other dual weapons.
