Nothing to big actually.
But I happen to trigger this when I use Icepoint+Ice point Guard in one round without having any other Skill equipped that has 1 M(like Shukichi)
So I would have 1M left and usually use Guard, but now the system skips this possibility and jumps to the next player allowing him to make one actions before it jumps back to me again. I didn´t test it on a battle with more people yet, But I assume it would still jump back to me for the Guard action.
The system seems to not register that I could use Guard that turn when I use ice point guard as second action. But corrects itself after someone made a action.
