Eviter cannot proc off of soldier autohits. After swinging two hundred damage instances of chaser, thousand stab, mad chop, shinken projectiles, retreating swipes, it did not go off even once with a divine weapon (which means 40% proc rate).

Were you using a Sword, Spear, or axe weapon to proc Eviter? Were you using reaver?

Was the person using the skill using Reaver and Martial Lawbreaker? I think Sderg is right here, since the skill has a procedure check for what weapon class it is, and if Martial Lawbreaker is active, that will be null, thus preventing from Eviter from triggering. Probably a bug even if the weapon it's using isn't of the normal types. I'd like some confirmation/testing on this front, shouldn't be too hard to fix if this is the cause.

As Kameron said, they tested it both with and without Martial Lawbreaker, but, Reaver was active. With or without Martial Lawbreaker (they turned it off and tested it again), Eviter never procced on either the Demon Hunter skills or the Soldier skills used (everything other than Execute was tested, if I recall).

Turn on player debug and try again, the person parrying should get a message saying what went wrong.

It did not give anything useful. The parrying player got all of the messages about checking for stamps and resists, that was all. The attacking player got this spam.

The debug messages Eviter say Debug: Eviter: [whatever]. If you don't see them, you don't have Eviter equipped.
