Chaser when used in mid air after rising tide regaurdless of whatever other skills you do while airborn, knocks the target to either the left or right instead of forward like it would logically dictate...No matter what direction you're facing it is to your character's left or right. I also have the badge that gives me the wind based enchant on, so that might help, I'm not sure on regular airborn chaser.
