Eternal Darkness doesn´t seem to do a Stauts infliction check, so it never blinds.

You simply get the normal damage message.

According to the text (if this is the hexer skill I'm thinking of) it doesn't actually blind on it's own whatsoever.

You have to have another source of blind to work off of.

Whoopsie...Well that makes sense why it doesn´t do the infliction chance then... could have sworn that it blinds, well my bad.
