This is similar to the Golden Pickaxe/Lockpick bug I reported forever ago, although the current list is this:

-The Keening Rod cannot be right-click to be destroyed or otherwise. Although it can still be used as it normally is.

-It appears in all tabs.

EDITED-I've tested this with Whetstone as well, I assume this applies to -all- tools if not just tool modifiers.

Relogging usually fixes it.

Relogging fixed the right-click issue but the omnipresence in Tabs persisted.

And ultimately, this needs to be addressed rather than written off as "Relog fixes."

Just telling you a way to "fix" it, though the multi-tab tool thing is sure the same issue we had with the Argent Charm.
