Can we have the main class restriction be lifted ever since it got it's nerf a while back?

It can't be used with a second weapon for cheese, nor made 'op' with Dagger Dance like it used to be, so I don't see why not. It being main-class only is no longer necessary.

I'm probably going to hold an unpopular opinion on it, but I think it's more balanced the way it is being a main-class only, especially when it comes to Rogue. I think it's more fair if Rogues have to choose between a full 30% Evasion reduction or Fleur and a 15% Evasion reduction instead of just having both.

Ghost/Void Assassin is actually 'more' benefiting to a Void Assassin in terms of durability and damage, because WG procs at full strength and gives the possibility of reduction in basic hits too, instead of autohits only, I think. Fleur being main-class only just ruined the 'oh my Rogue can attack two times, this is cool and rogue-ish' part.
