Hello,
I'm writing this for I would like to be able to play a character of mine which a admin have said I'm not allow to. I when told to stop playing him, stopped and then just left the game to find a new picture for this character. But I been searching for a while now and I can't find one that matches the character as well as my previous look, and well it just kinda make me not want to bother with the game at all since I will lose all the progess I made on him on someone I picked up to get back in to the game.
The character in question looks like ryman which is a silly design I know but he a silly character. His race is a robotic and the justification for his design is he got magnetic limbs, since magnets making stuff float is part of the game already so tried to make him fit with it as such. His silly design I also thought would be ok for he is a robot so would be build as the creator saw fit.
I get the design is silly for this character but I really do feel like with time to reflect on it, it not game breaking in it design. This is a world with butterfly people, plant people, robots and liches so I just do truly feel like he alright in a world like this which is meant to be fanstey.
I wanted to try and reach a admin and thought this would be the best place for it. If not let me know and I will move this.
Hopeful Regards, Dio

The thing you've probably misread about Mechanations is that they must be humanoid in shape. Your character is probably a delimbed mess who technically dies on the first EMP or Nullstone tossed at him. Second, the head and torso must be connected so the power and commands can be transferred via wires, from scar to body and vice versa.
I think that was fair? It would suck to be in a body that can break at a whim, and I doubt Karaten would allow this cruelty to Mechas.

For the record it his core where his power is, the limb have always just be part meant to be broken and replaced. The head does have visual range booster but if destory as long as the body still there he would be alive. And the shape is still humanoid just missing attachments. The core is his power souce I even made sure to say in his profile. I also am 100% happy and plan to have it be a part of his character when hit with a emp his arms, legs and head are no longer gonna be floating.
It was built for maintenance and construction meant to be send to dangerous projects, as such the design behind it was just make a reinforced core where it power and controls are then just have the limbs be easily replacable if caught in a cave in or fall of a building, to save on costs. It is rightful as you stated not build for countering EMPS as much as a forklift is not.

The scar is in the core, it body. The Scar is of course a mechanation power is.
But if the problem is the neck and head would it be fine if i just connected the two?

I feel people have been frankly been cutting it too loose with what characters they decide to use for art, it's like more and more these days people just want to make lazy carbon-copy characters from games and anime that they enjoy.
This to me is a prime example of that and why I think it deserved to be stopped, this is a ridiculous concept that just pushes it too far.
Rayman's a pretty distinct character, it's hard to see him as anything but Rayman. Even if your reasoning ICly was all fine and you slap on a different nametag and call him a "robot", that doesn't make it okay.
Lemme just try and compare this to an example so you get what I'm saying and why this is an issue:
Let's say someone wanted to use Sonic as a playby, it'd be easy to try and justify that by saying "well, he's just a weird guy in a costume." You could say it's not breaking the lore because it's just a costume, right? But it's still breaking people's immersion because it's hard to see anything but Sonic and he clearly doesn't belong in the world of Sigrogana.
That's more or less why I told you to not use that playby anymore because he doesn't belong here and I feel that would only spoil the experience for others and encourage people to use playbys like these.
... And while I also have issues with how you try to justify this in roleplay too, that's besides my main point so I'll just boil it down to: Just because it's a fantasy setting doesn't mean you can be anything you want and just because players can be X, that doesn't mean players can be Y.
(I.e. Just because players can be Papillions, that doesn't mean players can be floating disjointed Mechanations.)

Alright if it the concept of ryman being ill fitting and making a "Oh this person did" then cool.
Would the concept of it be ok if I change the art work for it, I know a artist and can have him change the art work so it then doesn't look like ryman but keep the concept.

Uhh... getting difficult to understand you there but the concept would be okay if you didn't use Rayman as a playby at all but a different picture, yes. Provided some small things get changed:
Having your body parts being perpetually suspended by magnetism seems impractical and might not even be possible to do for any long duration of time on a count of the constant focus drain necessary to actually control the magnetism so your body parts don't just fall on the ground or just stick to anything metal. It'd also be a huge risk whenever they come up against anything that could manipulate or disrupt that magnetism.
How about instead of being constantly separated, you only separate the parts when you need to? Like for instance, say your character needs to grab something from a distance, you could temporarily detach their hands to grab it from afar and then pull it back. You're still using "magnetism" but it doesn't have the same downsides like above.

the lore of the world is more magic to accomplish feats of science, rather than advanced science comparable or exceeding the real world.
Considering that, a mechanation with limbs magnetically suspended and a head floating and what not is pretty much infeasible in this game.
also the mechanations scar pretty much has to be in its head.

Had that artist friend of mine do up a picture of a robot with floating limbs. Again willing to take the risk and gonna have it so it float for think it a interesting idea and should yes use energy but if build to do said job should use not to much. Will make a part of his character needing to charge offen so refresh his batteries.
