Does Guile affect Redgull's Lightning critical damage, or is it only limited to the Fulgurmancy's sub-talent "Ampage"?

Do you mean does Critical Damage affect lightning criticals? If so, yes.

Yeah, I meant Critical Damage from Guile, and if it affects Elemental Impact. Thanks for the clarifying it!
