In what order does Stalemate and Eviter proc in specifically? Whenever I have both equipped it seems always proc stalemate even when Eviter's conditions are met (Attacked from the front with a conventional weapon)

I know that they are only supposed to proc one at a time, but could it be changed to where the parry skill with the higher percentage procs under these conditions?

It's probably the one you equipped first, as only one is active at a time.

I already did adjust the skill order before and it does not change the outcome, stalemate takes precedence every time.

It will always check Stalemate if it's active, and if not, it will try Eviter.
