'Glancing Blows' is stacking with normal hit checks, wether the attack has it's hit check on it's own or not. A successful 'Glancing Blows' proc also denies the one who dodged to receive certain on-dodge bonuses, like Flottement or Quick Rise.
My suggestion to fix this whole deal about it is to make 'Glancing Blows' not proc on skills or attacks (basic attacks, per se) that already uses
this format of hit-check.

And, while at it. Can we get a 'debug' on Glancing Blows to tell what was the hit check%, so we can make more solid bug/balance reports in the future, regards to it?

And you can dodge certain monster effects now, like Legume's Ingrain. Or Magaisendo if up close.
Yet another suggestion is to make 'Glancing Blows' trigger only if you're being damaged by whatever it does the hit check on.

Ingrain (the activation) and Magaisendo are targeted, Geist works against them as well.

Welp, this might be debunked at this point since it got discontinued. So marking this as solved.
