Focused Beam seems to be dealing 170% Elemental ATK as damage rather than 140% like its description states, either the skill itself or the description is bugged.

With 81 Earth ATK I was able to deal a lot more damage than I should have, this is done without a casting tool for testing mostly.

I mean I don't really ever lie in my bug reports, but here. My earth ATK slightly changed because I use the venus sign, and during the time of when I originally did the bug report, it was a month that gave me an extra +2 earth ATK.

It was still dealing damage based on Eternal Flame rank, this has been corrected.
