So I just saw a level 16 jammer with 36 max fp use Denile on somebody who was also level 16. The fp cost listed on the skill is 60, and it seems the jammer only lost 16 fp.

This seems to be a bug to me, then!


How to trigger:
Fight a jammer around level 15 or 16, either in the arena by using a low leveled character, or by finding a low level cavern dungeon.

The FP cost of the skill is most likely related to your level, which is why it displays as 60 FP To you if you're LVL 60, and why it cost 16 FP to a lvl 16 jammer.

If my assumption is incorrect however then please do ignore this post, I'd just double check to make sure.

You are correct, it is based on the person viewing the skill description. Which is probably not intended but isn't super simple to fix, so just keep it in mind for now.
