[strike]Tarnell does not seem to display power on examination and with testing, it's a bit difficult to figure out, but I don't believe it's factoring in it's power at all. Just the scaling.[/strike] After furthering testing against 1 stat butterfly, I've determined it is adding power (via adding on a reaper enchantment which successfully increased the damage against a butterfly by 1), so this is just a visual bug in which the power in examine as shown below is not reflected properly.
