The lighting hasn't fully been fixed for the following places, making people light up still:
- Goblin Cave
- Ancient Village
- Old Iron Mines
- Magmic Waterfalls
- Shilo Water Caverns
- Reflected Stars
- Darkwood Manor(Entrance, didn't quite check the other hidden places.)
- Chinotoa Mines
- Any other BDPs.
With that said I think most if not all the Static Dungeons are in similar state. I only went to check Sigrogana.

Also, entering the following places and exiting them will cause the lighting to poof:
- Fort Arjav
- Colossal Tower

That's sounds about right yeah, I can confirm this. I'll throw this here since it's also apart of this bright light problem. Whenever you watch an arena battle, this is what happens, lol.

The lighting for this is still the same.

The Arena lighting was patched as of 2.11c, since it reverted us to Ren Brown Adventures 2: Electric Bugaloo. But yes alot of the Black Doors still make you shine like a star (mind this does disappear on disconnection and not relog)making it hard for Divine Eyes user to actually pull it off without it failing.

It's not, lol. Whenever someone is in the arena, and you choose to click and watch on them, that picture above is what you see. You going into it yourself is fixed but you watching someone else do it isn't fixed.
