Spears are historically used in so many formations that I can't see Tactician without one.

Dualpower could use a complete rework of what it does.

I don't know, maybe making all weapon types available as casting tools for Tactician spells and removing the bonus SWA part? That sure would make it infinitely better.

Maybe make it so landing hits with those also increase your Tactics Rank by 1. (Critical Hits increase by 2).
