Can the stairs for houses leading to extra-levels be moved around for the 'receiving' end?

Like say House has an extra level going up in the NW most corner.

On the Extra level, however, you want it to be in the center of the map, for that area rather than going "Well it LOOKS right and should go here because all things are linear and go up or down." which messes with the portal game.

I think I suggested this too, on the old forums, but there was a problem because of how stairs worked. In any case, if it IS possible, I'd like it. A lot.
