Combat Magnefying glasses potential skill states that its triggering once one ally unit is killed, This doesn't seem to be the case however for Papillions Butterflies. (Engineer Bots, And Wraithguard works though.)

Papilion butterflies don't count as allies I believe, a special exception was made for tactician orders I believe and that was it.

Also it'd be pretty busted if killing a 1 health ally you can summon for 1m got you a 30% hunted for 5 rounds, but thats beside the point.
