I'm unsure if this is intended or not, but I noticed that being inflicted with the Interference status prevents you from healing via level-up.

I can confirm as well, if you're inflicted with interference at the end of a battle. It will prevent food Regen as well. This makes jammer Betas a nightmare to fight due to Acidic shock.

It should no longer affect food regen and level up restoration in the next version.
