Immobilization and similar inflictions (Frozen) will apply correctly currently, but if tried to be applied again by any other source it will attempt to overwrite immobilize and then give them an immunity to it.

I believe this might be a remnant from when stronger statuses overwrite weaker statuses, if Immobilize just can't be re-applied to immobilized targets I believe this might be fixed.

I wouldn't call it a remnant - that behavior still applies in some cases. However, I've corrected this.
