Lilu is quite frankly a completely outdated youkai with few redeeming features, she gives you a wink that's worse than blow kiss, an alternate grapple with no real special effect, and that's about it.

The primary way I would think she could use a buff is a unique/install only passive that makes Lilu or MAYBE the summoner have the alarune passive where they don't lower the duration of charms when doing damage, at the very least.

It's the first change towards making her less terrible, I'm sure people can think of a few other useful things she could do.

Maybe double the effect of her own wink, give her some attack that can be used off of grapple, or maybe Skull Cracker from the bandit bruisers so she has something to offer.

Someday she will have an ascension. Someday.
