You know how when you put up a LFG, text pops up below your character icon reading your level?

You could make it like that too, but reading "OOC" instead and visible for others.

I think that being able to tell if someone is OOC at a glance, while not an emergency, is really helpful because people often RP at someone without checking their OOC tag in their alias first. And it leads into awkward situations of "o-oh i'm ooc sorry / oh it's okay sorry."
