For some odd reason, characters seem unable to use a hoe to till the ground. They'll start the action and the game states that they start, but then they continue to hoe endlessly. If it makes a difference, I was using a rockdirt hoe (which I gave up trying to till with after 2 minutes), but it seems others have been having the same issue with other hoe types, presumably trying to complete the farming stamp quest.

Shovels seem to be working correctly for the time being, though I'm unsure if tree cutting is in any way.
