I'm not too fond of this suggestion as it just encourages knockdown + run awaaaaaaayyy tactic by defender, or something similiar. And also goes againts what I believed Evokers to be, that is, nuke droppin', not combo hurl buncha spells.

(To add, original suggestion gives them even a higher damage output in most scenarios than it already has if I'm doing the math correctly. )
