When hitting a resist message with a critical hit (such as hitting a Drowned Woman with a sword) you won't lose any momentum from the resist proc, but gain full momentum from the critical proc still, this is not consistent to pre-2.49, as hitting a resist proc then would even out the momentum gained/lost.

Are you sure there's not some other factor here?

I am absolutely certain of this, however I did not clarify clearly before and I apologize.
When your weapon's damage type is resisted by an opponent (EG. You are using an elemental sword or dagger) and you land a critical hit in that same attack, you will not have reduced momentum from hitting a resistance, for example when I hit an electrojam with fire damage and no fleur I get this:
Move > 4m
Attack (Hit Resist) > 1m
But instead of spending 3m, gaining 1 and then losing 1, I just gain 1.
To note it works as expected with Fleur
And you will not lose any momentum for hitting resists with fleur either.

Thank you, this should be corrected.
