Simple suggestion:
1x Milk
1x Lemon
=
1-2x Cheese Wedge.
It could be via a new placeable, a Cheese Press kindly made by Slydria. Probably another QTE ala the Butter Churner.
This would also give a singular use for Lemons for the time being until more recipes are added that involve it. The lemons there for the lemon juice that acts as an acid for the curdling process. Also because it'd give lemons a purpose.
Or it could just be 2x Milk, again, but I think it'd be nice to have some distinction.
